Ball State commissioned Stephen Knapp to create one of his signature 3-D lightpaintings for its Music Instruction Building at Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana. “First Symphony” (23’ x 40’ x 1’) was created to reflect the music in the building and to inspire creativity and collaboration among the arts at Ball State University. Its unveiling was on September 22, 2006.
